Once you've gotten in touch with us, we will ask you some questions about what problems you are experiencing. Please be sure to give us as much information as possible so we can provide you the best service and price quote.
After we've spoken to you and discussed what issues you are experiencing, we will now be able to give you a quote. All quotes are unique to each customer unless otherwise noted. Keep in mind, quotes are non-negotiable.
Once a quote has been created and agreed upon, a deposit will be required for our technicians to begin work. This deposit DOES NOTexist for all service orders. Deposits are only for larger orders such as Custom PC Building or certain situations where we are unable to give you a diagnosis over the phone. Service orders such as Mobile Phone Screen Repairs/Replacements do not require a deposit. The deposit can be paid within 30 daysof receiving a quote.
At this point, you've completed all of the prerequisites. Now that the paperwork and payments are taken care of, our technicians can get to work. Depending on your distance from us, you can either ship us the items that need servicing or we can come pick them up. We only do pickups within the five boroughs of New York and Long Island. If you live outside of these areas, you will be required to ship us the items. Once we receive the items, our technicians will get to work in the order that we received your quote agreement. We work on a first come first serve basis. If we are too busy to start your service immediately, you will be notified prior to quote agreement.
Upon completion of your service order, one of our technicians will contact you to handle final payment and to schedule a shipment/dropoff time and date. All shipments will require a signature upon delivery so please be sure to be home when your item is delivered. For local dropoffs, you must be home at the agreed upon time and date. We accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal. If you would like to submit a payment online, please use our payment portalwhich can be accessed by visiting.
